Dirt Bike Training

Dirt bikes, which are mainly classified as off-road bikes, are pretty light in weight and are specially meant for uneven and rough landscape. Due to the nature of the terrain these bikes travel in, they require tough tires and a strong suspension. Generally meant for competition, these dirt bikes are available in different engine sizes starting from 50cc mini scramblers to 900cc monsters used for longer off-road races. However, there are certains tips that you need to keep in mind while riding dirt bikes. These are:

• Do not ever ride dirt bikes in a dehrdrated condition. Keep a bottle of water with you and take small sips inbetween rides. This will help your body and mind to function at its best, which is important to take split-second decisions.
• Always bend forward or be seated in an attacking position while riding dirt bikes. The way these bikes are designed, the forward or attacking position ensures that you have maximum control over the bike and can maneuver with ease.
